CANCELLATIONS:
It is my goal to make the most of our time together while also welcoming new friends to my chair. I ask for your help with this by providing no less than 24 hour notice should you need to cancel time with me.
In the event that you have to make a same day cancellation, I will ask that you pay 50% of your scheduled services. This will be considered non-refundable and is due prior to scheduling any future appointments. Any required payments not received at least 12 hours prior to your next appointment will result in your removal from the schedule
Please note that the occurrence of more than 2 cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice may result in your dismissal as a client.
RESCHEDULING:
We all experience the unpredictable moments life throws our way! Sometimes we need to change an appointment. If this is the case, please notify me directly at least 24 hours in advance of your original scheduled time.

LATE APPOINTMENTS:
I look forward to seeing the faces of all my beautiful clients each day! In order to provide the highest quality service to everyone, it is important for me to stay on time with appointments.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will not be able to provide all services booked for your time. Services will be modified to accommodate the shortened available time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, your booking will be considered a cancellation of less than 24 hours, and I will ask that you pay 50% of your scheduled services. This will be considered non-refundable and is due prior to scheduling any future appointments. Any required payments not received at least 12 hours prior to your next appointment will result in your removal from the schedule.

NO SHOWS:
If you have booked time in my chair and change your mind, I ask that you please follow the cancellation policy. Those who do not show up for their appointments will be required to pay 100% of their scheduled services. This will be considered non-refundable and is due prior to scheduling any future appointments.
